Three generations have run the business, always maintaining the same product concept: top quality meat with personalized service for a demanding clientele.

A family business

Jaume Aguilóthe current owner of the butcher’s shop, was already playing among the stalls of his grandfather’s butcher’s shop on the Olive Grove Marketwhere his father and uncle were already in charge doing everything from slaughtering and butchering to customer service and home delivery. Without knowing that this would be his future, he was learning the trade in an almost unconscious way until today, where he follows the same guidelines, and of course adapted to the new business models.

From farm to fork

Product quality control covers the entire production chain. In the Can Jaume butcher’s shop, the cattle breeders who provide the meat that fills its cold stores are carefully selected, taking into account both the quality of the food they receive and the well-being of the animal, as well as a demanding sanitary control. This is the only way to offer the quality of the product that has been offered since 1927.
