Larger chicken with very tasty meat.
You can choose the type of dish or cooking you want to make (grilled, rice, escaldums, stewed, boiled, fried…).
You can choose the whole cut, quarters, eighths…
It can be served whole boneless for stuffing, and can be opened like a book (from the back) that will come out as a round, or in the shape of a chicken, leaving the wings with the bones.
Feel free to specify any form that is or is not specified, writing it in the “notes” of the order.
This product will only be served during the Christmas season.
