You can choose the type of dish or cooking method you want to use (grilled, rice, escaldums, stewed, boiled, fried, etc.). You can choose the whole cut, in quarters, eighths... It can be served whole boneless for stuffing, being able to open it like a book (from the back) that will come out as a round, or with the shape of chicken, leaving the wings with the bones. Do not hesitate to specify any form that is or is not specified, writing it in the “notes” of the order.
