<\/span>In order: the uncle, the father, the grandfather and a cousin of Jaume Aguil\u00f3's father.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>A family business<\/h3><\/div>Jaume Aguil\u00f3<\/b>the current owner of the butcher’s shop, was already playing among the stalls of his grandfather’s butcher’s shop on the Olive Grove Market<\/b>where his father and uncle were already in charge doing everything from slaughtering and butchering to customer service and home delivery. Without knowing that this would be his future, he was learning the trade in an almost unconscious way until today, where he follows the same guidelines, and of course adapted to the new business models.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>From farm to fork<\/h3><\/div>Product quality control covers the entire production chain. In the Can Jaume<\/b> butcher’s shop, the cattle breeders who provide the meat that fills its cold stores are carefully selected, taking into account both the quality of the food they receive and the well-being of the animal, as well as a demanding sanitary control.
